What to know before a make-up tattoo
For a perfect result, please follow the preparatory steps below to help ensure that the pigment is properly anchored, your skin responds well to the treatment and healing goes smoothly.
- Avoid strong sun exposure, tanning beds - sunburned or irritated skin is not suitable for tattooing.
- Do not use acid exfoliators, retinol, AHA/BHA products around the brow area.
- If you paint your eyebrows, stop at least 7 days before the treatment.
- Do not apply cosmetic treatments (e.g. facials, microdermabrasion, peels) to the affected area.
- The consumption of vitamins C, A, E and omega-3 is recommended for skin regeneration.
- Drink plenty of water - hydrated skin absorbs pigment better.
- Do not drink alcohol, caffeine or take blood-thinning medicines (such as aspirin).
- Be well rested and arrive on time.
- Do not apply make-up to your eyebrows or use an oil cream on the area.

Care information after make-up tattooing
For a long-lasting and beautiful result, proper aftercare is of paramount importance. The freshly tattooed area is an open wound and should be kept clean and hydrated during the regeneration period.
- Gently cleanse 2-3 times a day with a slightly damp cotton pad, then apply a thin layer of aftercare cream.
- Don't scratch or touch the area unnecessarily, the burrs will come off on their own.

- Avoid saunas, swimming pools, solariums, exercise, sweating and strong sunlight.
- Do not use acidic, alcoholic or perfumed cosmetics in the vicinity.
Total recovery time: about 4-6 weeks. During this time, the pigment may fade and then become permanent after regeneration. The first correction session is recommended within 6-12 weeks, which is essential for the overall result!
